Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Jennifer & Michael Toronto, reachable via info@jennifermichaeltoronto.com.
1. Applicability
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to describe products correctly and provide up-to-date information. However, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. Available payment methods may vary by country. Customers should check which payment methods are available for their location.
Before completing a purchase, customers are informed that orders may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that any import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, or other import charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they act as the importer of the goods into the destination country and are responsible for complying with all local import requirements.
4. Processing and Delivery
Processing time: 1–3 working days.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
Delivery takes place directly from our supplier in China.
All orders are shipped under DDU/DAP terms unless stated otherwise. This means that the customer, as the importer of record, may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, or similar charges upon arrival of the goods in the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are outside our control. Jennifer & Michael Toronto is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures or for any additional charges imposed during importation.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our separate returns policy for all terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during delivery if the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
We are not liable for any costs, losses, or delays resulting from customs clearance, import procedures, unpaid import charges, or refusal of the shipment by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, photographs, logos, and other materials, is the property of Jennifer & Michael Toronto and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints may be submitted in writing via info@jennifermichaeltoronto.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
